At Lumin's Workshop, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Pack your items securely in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
